Word from the captain:
This winter has seen very little activity on the golf front.
However despite the inability to play golf the members have been
active in the various events run in the clubhouse. The
Quiz night in January was a great success, subsequently we
organised another couple which were fantastically supported.
The next of which will be on the 10th April.
The clubs New Web site has now been launched, which was a
logical choice to renew to compliment the extensive overhaul of
the clubhouse. I would like to thank Chad Wright, Donald
Stobo and Phil Dawson, the members responsible for the design
and development of the site. I'm sure I speak on behalf of
all members in saying we look forward to regularly updated news
and information.
The club will also run a promotion during April in conjunction
with Your Radio, where a prize of a years membership to the Vale
will be up for grabs. Your Radio will also air live
segments at our Open Day on the 18th April. So I hope you
all listen in.
Finally, I would like to wish you all the very best of Luck in
the new season.
